Prior to completing this form, please read the university’s Commercial and Documentary Filming policy. Once the form has been submitted, a representative from University Marketing & Communications will be contacting you shortly via email. Please note that you will receive an email confirmation that your request has been submitted, but this is not approval of your request. Final approval to film on campus will only be given following full execution of a location agreement.
